At Grace Eleyae, we want you to love your hair-protecting essentials, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked.
Package Your Items
Place your items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
